The inspired writing of a non-writer
We are a family of adventure addicts who enjoy off the beaten path vacations, playdates, playgrounds, ballparks, and anything fun that takes us out of our comfort zones. Both of my children’s first words were “outside, outside” so I recognize “the force runs strong in my family.” For our regular family from the Bronx, we fill in the space with extraordinary times of non-traditional travel adventures and hijinks.
After spending time recounting our quirky wanderings to curious and excited friends and family, I decided to storytell our moments for safe keeping and sharing. My purpose is to document our family road map through this big discovery of life, and inspire visionaries to create their own adventures.
In my family blog, I share travel stories, playdates, culture, note-worthy moments, exploration, tips some of our favorite places and some highlight worthy mistakes.
My primary labor of love is as a mom of two super speedy, fun loving children, four-year-old son Elias and two-year-old daughter Selena. I balance family, a full-time job, life, and sanity semi-successfully. I am blessed to incorporate my passion in the work I get paid to do, facilitating exciting and meaningful experiences for young people in the Bronx.
